Hey BP Fans - I've never posted in Forums before but I enjoy reading some of the content.

But it’s not my fault that that (smaller) investor does not make sure that no DNC-registered number is ever called by his out-of-the-country VAs in the first place… In any case, like I said, pure speculation on my part.I own properties in various states, but it seems that my half a dozen in TN get the most attention from them.

I am new to BP so far I really enjoy all of the information that is at your fingertips and the awesome advice.

With the points, we have enjoyed the flexibility of going when and where we want.  

That’s a pure cash flow play - monthly interest payments hitting your bank account is a great feeling!

I do enjoy my day job and hope to stay there as long as possible, with the hope of peeling off by 45 (just turned 40 this month) and after that would consider maybe using the cash flow to benefit me a bit. 

I would consider taking over a turnkey property there but wouldn't advise investing in a conversion unless you're going super luxury or simply want to enjoy the area yourself frequently.

Anyway, I don’t know if this is a dumb question or too vague, but I’ve really enjoyed the Bigger Pockets website and all the info on here.

Do you have a full-time job already, assuming you have extra time, do you want to spend it doing another brain-draining task or would you rather spend it enjoying yourself?
