It's great for investors, as you can use idle cash to pay down principle and save interest.

Lets face it, the real risk is the principle anyways so protecting that is most important.I also have no early payment penalties and often, the ability for the investor to roll into the next deal allowing their capital to be constantly working for them.All loan docs should include the interest rates, loan terms, and payment schedules. 

Thus, I understand your objective on Bigger Pockets is not to learn more about REI or to help others on BP. 

And how can this objection be overcome for someone skeptical because of the delusional syndication deals that have taken place?

Agents cannot accurately answer subjective questions with objective answers, so when will we stop expecting magically accurate ARVs?

@Chris DoucetteIf it sounds to good to be true....It's possible they are just quoting you their P&I payment, when you are thinking they are quoting you principle, interest, taxes, and insurance.  

For some, simply holding the portfolio you own and paying down the debt satisfies their investment objectives but someone like yourself who is looking to scale can't achieve that at the pace you may necessarily want if your real estate is stagnant on appreciation unless you have additional sources of cash you can throw at new acquisitions.

Rock solid rental while the money is in the stocks doing double duty as the principle investment as well as your down payment equivalent.
