Needed some cleaning, and polishing on the glazing (clear part where sun comes in) but will make a $hit-ton of hot water.  

But, this constant complaining (closet smells, the refrigerator shelves are dirty, the cabinet knobs need polishing, whoops I flushed a towel down the toilet- come over and snake it for me) is getting sickening.

The home had tons of charm once it was polished up.

@Steve CheslockIts not polished, but definitely something for everyone, even my mistakes.

Dead things smell really bad, kind of like feces.. then there is the moldy smells, musty smells, chemical smells .. refrigerant smells like nail polish remover.

One Id use for cheap flips other I would trust in custom granite tile counters with special cuts and polishing if edges.I.e I had a custom counter job a few weeks ago at 60 sqft including backsplash.

A polished system is also great marketing and one more thing to sell your services to owners.

Account Closed There is no flooring which is completely pet proof ... we have a full gut renovation underway which can serve as proof of that.That said, if you could get an effective sealant layer on polished concrete that was tough enough, you might come close ... though it would not be much fun in our northern climates.Despite having been bitten by poor pet-owners in the past, we are considering renovating a complete building (5-units) with pets in mind and are looking at commercial grade linoleum - the kind used in hospitals.  

The granite company recommended a mix of Baking Soda and Acetone Nail polish, mixed to a paste consistency, and spread over the entire stain.
