Recently finished reading Pace's Wealth Without Cash.

Pace Morby has done a great job teaching about the ability to sub-to deals.

I have followed Pace casually on YouTube and would watch his videos now and then.

However, I know that Pace Morby is basically THE subject-to guy. 

These factories are getting refurbished at a slow steady pace in Dayton.

Learning on the fly, I could barely keep up, but the frenetic pace and seeing daily transformation were early indicators I had chosen a career I would love.The plan was initially to sell some of the homes to pay for others Caleb would keep, but our execution would alter that.
