Hello BiggerPockets,After reading numerous books from the BiggerPockets library and spending more time on Loopnet than I would like to admit, it is time for me to put some of this knowledge into action. 

I know how to get fantastically accurate estimates for simple single-family deals but was wondering if anyone had advice on where to start for running numbers for 50+ unit deals.Also, if anyone has any advice on helpful systems and technology - or for managing larger scale real estate businesses to be a valuable partner, I'd gladly listen. 

Looking forward to meeting some BP family in person soon :)  Set for Life was one of the first books I listened to when I started getting serious about my finances - appreciate everything you and your team does for the RE investor community.

OP  Stuart is highly experienced in Philly I would listen to what he has to say as well as Chris.this is pretty standard from what I see in big cities.. its why i will no longer build in the City of Portland.. every building permit application comes back with a check sheet EVERYONE its standard procedure i think for these large municipalities..
