The dead are usually quiet at night….

Contrary to what you may hear, I do believe that you should have properties in LLCs, for reasons I won't get into here, but let's say I sleep well at night having full first-hand knowledge of litigation procedures and knowing that if my real estate endeavors fail, it won't be due to collapse from liability.

I'm totally okay with sacrificing a night, it's mainly that all my nights are full except Thursday, which is the plan now.

You can go out in town on any night and listen to realtor, or mortgage person talk about how slow it is and how they have no transactions for a few months.

Some lose their charm and that all open shelf thing is annoying.I don't think any of the changes would increase the nightly rate in and of themselves.
