I am open to idea of short term , mid or long term rental as long as they have a positive or an even cash flow. using various calculators, I am have trouble to find any such properties in Philadelphia neighbour hoods like art museum , graduate Hospital ,old city etc.I feel Philadelphia is such a challenging city as every street is so different from real estate investing for the next street over.I will appreciate some  guidance and help

If you’re worried about your neighbour tenant spying and snooping etc I’d say you have a tenant problem not a doorbell one.
