If the first prospective is arguing over details but the other one has seen the lease and is good to go it may be a sign that the first person will be a problem tenant.Sometimes we develop a plan beforehand, but sometimes it comes out of necessity.

For engineering, I don't think local is a necessity, as long as the drafter can reach him over phone, only his stamp is needed.

The door on the left and ramp were added as a necessity obviously, but they will turn off 95% of buyers.
