It was a waste of money, and I think if you're truly at the level that requires a sophisticated legal structure, you should build a relationship with an independent lawyer and not an agency. 

Personally, I stay away from the mainstream trends where everyone who is priced out of traditional long term rentals are now trying to rent out a room or a whole house on the daily. 

I do work with clients as well as part of my agency business! 

I think it is super cool, but I do not see it becoming as main stream as wood framed construction in the next 5-10 years. 

I'd lean toward believing a Masters in Real Estate would serve agency well and an MBA more on the investor side but that's just top of my head thinking with nothing to back that up.

I should explain that our little outfit has been investigated in the past by the federal government, due to our own stupidity, and so we also cooperate extensively with a few agencies today in our operations.
