Property Managers come in all shapes and sizes, I tend to recommend seeking a medium size local company. 

Medical pros, job relocators, and digital nomads are looking for comfy pads.Join online groups like Furnished Finder, Nomad List, or local Facebook groups.

If you are in an LLC and looking for better rates and longer amortization terms, I recommend networking with local and community banks. 

You don’t get that type of return in your STRs straight up or risk/hassle adjusted.Industrial properties the demand analysis is always local and not nationwide.  

If there is a violation of a local noise ordinance, the cops could get involved and that would act as evidence - I would think.
