There were hardly any cabinets and a door had been busted open where someone broke into the house due to it sitting vacant for so long.They apologized for the lack of communication and assured it would be better but I have had no calls or emails returned again.

From my experience investing in mid-tier and luxury hotels much larger is you need about 70% to make ends meet, you start getting happy about the investment about 80% and around 85-90% you fell like you are a genius.
