Hey Graham,I've been watching the Philly market pretty closely...it always has its unique ebb and flow.

Some red flags to watch for are inconsistent fonts, blurry text, or mismatched information across pages.

I second the idea of watching pricing.  

It's just like the new  people on this board that watched hours and hours of podcasts and read tons of books, and they say they're ready.

Any tips would be helpful, or anything that I should watch out for.
