while still inspiring confidence?

I’ve been sitting back reading this site for a while and see that several of us (especially on the West Coast) are in the same boat.We’re inspired to pursue Rich Dad’s dream and started by reading books, researching online and reading / listening to Bigger PocketsWe probably have some money, but not the kind that goes very far in Southern CaliforniaWe curious about investing out-of-state but may not know which market to choose or who to trustWe feel a bit overwhelmed about the different options and can’t pinpoint where to startA lot of that sounds like me too!  

I did however finally take the first step and contact a great connection & agent who's in the midst of helping me find the first property.A big part of this post is to express my gratitude to all the consistent posters, hosts (Josh and Brandon), and all the amazing guests that have devoted their time to create such a supportive community and have been so unbelievably inspiring and knowledgeable.

I'm new to investing and seeing these are very inspirational. 

Feeling really inspired to pursue financial freedom and I'm looking forward to getting engaged on the site!

I was inspired last year when I went to a REIA in Bham and heard this man named Matthew Gregory tell his story.

I learned a lot of great and inspiring things.

I have heard the older episodes with Josh and it was good to hear his story and how inspiring it was to hear.

Something to inspire for sure but give good for thought in starting and flourishing in your own right working in your own company.
