That's not simple, because there is no basement or crawl space; the tub is installed over a cable-tension slab.One possible solution I thought of would be to take out the tub, reverse it and install it a little higher, with a slightly sloped, essentially horizontal pipe running under the tub from the drain to the existing trap, a distance of maybe 45 to 48 inches.

They are rabbeted in the very best tradition of foursquare work, and each of the 4 and 5-inch quartersawn trim boards has a wide single groove dadoed into its back (modern production trim boards have 2 or 3 narrow grooves, it's cheaper to do but doesn't work for trim quite as well).

The loan itself is about 1/2% higher than a normal fha loan.Over $35 k requires a consultant which adds another wheel to the cog, but probably good for most buyers.Both loans add a10% contingency factor on to the rehab budget.

You could even pull all of that and send it through Azure machine learning or something with the data massaged to look for good deals for you.Paul definitely got my wheels spinning, very good episode I will go back and watch again and continue finding good deals with data.
