Hello AllJust took first steps into RE investing world beginning this year.Have been wanting to get into investment property for the past 8+ years but am a classic example of analysis paralysis leading to inactivity all these years.Finally took the plunge, opened an LLC in CA earlier this and since than have bought 2 Multifamily properties in Philly under the LLC.

If you're over 18 and engaged in activities with someone under 18, you could get slapped with the RSO tag for life.It isn't an absolute "No" for me, but I would certainly look closer at it before buying the property.
