I thought Lindsay Hunt at Icon Mortage in Flint did pretty well.

I like the approach of Nathan and Wade, and though it is like Landlord classic rock, I still like some of Leigh Robinson's forms from the old Landlording book (iconic yellow book)... the form is Notice of Change in Terms of Tenancy (Rent) and is very "just the facts"....To paraphrase: Effective (blank date), your rent will be increased by (blank) per month to (new total) per month.. and some more language. 

Now IMPORTANT..IMMEDIATELY remove your social media icons from the top of your website.

This property was built in 1965 and became an iconic landmark to PCB, some people have brought 3 generations of families to stay at this property for spring break and summer vacations.

Took me awhile to find it.A lot of these things where things are hidden under layers of icons or pictures might be a cleaner look but does it hurt or help people connecting more?

So, yes thy work for them.For anyone else ... nope it's a smorgasbord of stuff that look cool as a polished icon.
