It's a horrible stress for an artist to be pushed out of your community due to rent prices and COL problems. 

I had a good credit score but my income was horrible at the time so I got a family member  co-signer. 

BUT when you say horrible credit score are we talking below 550 score?

Install new wall heater/AC units.The overall goal of the units is to run them as airbnb rentals so looking for something that will make sense in the long term but not be horrible for guests to figure out.

Many parts of Los Angeles have long been cesspools but still have prices in the stratosphere.That's why the traffic is so horrible.

There are many parts of Kenosha where you can go from excellent location to horrible location within a two block radius so just be careful. 

Most of the podcasts are riddled with "praising each other " "talking in generics " "repeating the same thing " to give an example - one of the podcasts i was listening - every episode , their only point is "Be stingy , live horribly and invest " - Its ok if some one believes in this , but if thats the aim of every episode and you tell the same thing - a zillion times , it makes me appreciate the work you are doing .anyway - great job , good luck .
