One of the nice things about investing with long term patient capital with a 10 year time horizon is that we know going in that there will be ups and downs along the way, and there is no pressure to sell during a downturn if leveraged properly.Certainly interesting discussions.

A lot of syndicators operate on a fairly short investment horizon (3-5 yrs) so investors that are looking for the set and forget and grow money for 10-15 years may not be interested in syndications.

However, if you're looking at a 3, 5 or 10 year time horizon I think being able to take advantage of a pullback like this that comes along very infrequently will provide much greater long term value than a savings account.
