Hopefully, this will be a non-event.

I don’t have to close until July, so I’m hoping to get in front of a judge who will enforce the contract. 

I am hoping we can learn some things here about how to scale.  

They all seem very pleased and some have bought more units on O'ahu and I know others hope to buy more if the opportunity arises.
