You need locations with easy access to transportation, gyms, pools, laundries etc. 

There is good access to restaurants, gym, grocery, and vet with Stapleton next door (that's more than I can say of Cole, where I currently live). 

There are condos for sale with similar square footage on the adjacent streets within 0.2-0.3 mile away for double the price and luxury high rises, high end gyms, restaurants, bars, and yoga studios, all within a few minutes walking.

Luck was with me, I met him at the Gym. a couple months Later, I did reserch for him for foreclosure properties, the best property I found him was a 3 unit with a bar underneath, He sold it a couple months later for a very good profit, He gave me 10 grand for the work.

Granted, recess/gym during the warm months was from 10:00am until 3pm but if you like the sounds of kids playing then no worries.

There are also quite a few gyms in the area too ranging from your standard Gold's to smaller ones like Cross Fit, Mixed Martial Arts, etc.  

There are numerous apartments, a Marriott hotel,  dog friendly parks, walking paths, fountains and small "lake", entertainment venues, night clubs, retail, boutiques, yoga, gyms, restaurants and personal care beauty services minutes away, There are many corporate HQ's within a few minutes drive, plus it is on the tollway and 5 minutes from 121.

The subfloor and some joists were a little warped because of poor ventilation and oddly heavy furniture (previous tenant had installed a lot of gym equipment and climbing walls), which made aligning some of the planks tricky but not overly difficult.

Next they’d head out the door to run a few miles or hit the gym – more work.

Young professionals want this lifestyle in a new building with a gym and pool rather than the older style NYC living conditions in run down apartments with no dishwasher.
