Even if you are on a larger property in a rural location, they can still complain if they don't like noise on a Saturday night.Good luck!

I still view them as no real difference than the little ones - takes the same skill set (for the most part) and time investment as a SFH or a Duplex... however there are a LOT of folks making noise in that market that haven't even done a single family house deal either.I get why a broker doesn't want to talk with people...

If you all haven't noticed yet, there is a TON of noise about breaking away from the OTA's, that they are a threat to our businesses and we are all eroding our own markets by selling on price.
