Probably because I legit LOVE what I do, I really do.Now, a very key point, I'm not a Top-Producer because I specialize in REI and that's extremally unique itself to be one of the legit few, I slay because I have a passion for what I do, I get jacked-up about negotiating DOWN a great buy to make it a ridiculously awesome buy even though it cut's my commissions down, because I'm a sick-twisted addict who can't stop my thrill of the hunt, lol.

Personally, I've been through the process 43 times and I appreciate the ones who at least have a gentle approach up front, but now that she has her commission, she is responding with shame.

I see a lot of posts about how borrowers shouldn't pay fees up front and it twists me up a bit. 

I see people distracted with the new "hot" market, the new twist on a strategy they can implement, the cool way to source deals, the shiny new app, working with a realtor or a lender even when they aren't producing results.

they are a brokerage but with a unique twist on how they bring product to the buyer.. they have very robust back end I have been to their Oakland offices its quite impressive ( having been doing this for 40 years I am not easily impressed).
