We are now planning a sitting garden, with a nice bench and flowers.During December we will give a small food gift, such as a jar of jam, box of candy, homemade bread, or hot cocoa.

There's a great multi family networking group once a month in Cocoa Beach you should look into to build your local network and see where the local guys are making moves. 

You don't have to own a lot of expensive toys or dine at the finest restaurants to feel content.

I've invested in town homes which has worked well so far but I see so many condos/apartments being built around the DC metro area that it has me wondering if this is the new trend or overpopulation at it's finest?
