Coaching is like a diet program, they can work if you just work the plan.

I typically tell people to stay away from the guru “programs” as most of them are the same dozen ideas repacked with new fad terms and fancy phrases.

It is like selling a slimming powder but you have to follow a certain diet/food restrictions, if you remove the powder and just follow the diet/food restriction, you will still be at the same outcome, maybe +/- 1 pounds after 3 months, but you save on the powder expense.

The same applies to those "no money down deals" or the new fad Wholesaling(imo).These folks seldom make a difference in the actual mining and refining (aka the transactional side of REI) as they fail after not 'hitting it rich' and just go back to Saint Joe.

Do you guys see real long term market opportunity here, or are others concerned that these tiny houses will be a passing fad?

That dampens interest in real estate in general.2) There are fad products on the market, like "the condo motel", that compete for interest.3) Timeshares are most desirable when full ownership is least achievable.

You will start making contacts with leads over time but still keep your expectations low and understand that the majority of the people that even answer will not be interested.It's just like dieting and exercising.

The real estate fad is over and the country is on the brink of a depression.
