I've recently started and am eager to learn.I'm reaching out because I'm looking for guidance on finding reliable note sellers, partnerships with experienced note investors, advice on navigating loan modifications, etc.Specifically, I'm facing challenges with "accurately valuing non-performing notes, understanding the legal complexities of note transactions.I'm particularly interested in connecting with individuals who have experience in due diligence, negotiation, legal aspects of note investing.I believe that by collaborating and sharing knowledge, we can all benefit.

Working with this group seems slightly polarizing I either love the experience or greatly dislike the experience. 

My best advice is find a place that has a few rooms with square footage to add additional rooms and an ADU.
