Nathan, Please BEWARE this lady is promoting a real estate investment scheme known as a syndication.

The cruise is free (gaming cross promotion) yet I had to pay taxes and port fees. 

These smaller-scale developments not only cater to the growing demand for affordable housing but also promote community living, walkability and neighborhood or community revitalization.Collaboration has been key in navigating these challenges, with developers, lenders, and policymakers working together to find innovative solutions.

I emailed the email address on the website ending in /promotions I saw in an earlier post with my proof of purchase but it was no help at all (so frustrated).

Learn, take action and network with other wholesalers (call all the signs you see on the road that are promoting a wholesale deal or that say I BUY HOUSES CASH). 

@Kaleb Phillips an agent promoting their industry, no surprise.Problem with it, is that agents are transaction based. 

I know OC is doing a lot of off season promoting and events, but by the calendars of the STRs I've looked at, it still doesn't look like most properties are booked then. 

Do you believe the real estate agents who promote themselves and certain markets through the  BP forums list properties for free when they are contacted?
