What's your experience been like investing with DLP capital partners?

Does anyone have experience exchanging their small multi family property into a single family home, use it as an investment property then move into it as a primary residence after meeting the requirements?

Forgive this not being investment focused exactly just looking for guidance from some experience people

I'm interested in the VB/VA and OK City markets (lots of family in OK now), but then again, I don't have much experience analyzing markets. 

I am in it and feel it is worth it as they have groups all over the country who, with experience transaction coordinators and funding groups, and even closers to help you along the way.
