We are real people, doing real deals in a real office in today's market. 

We are still seeing positive cash flow deals here with lots of potential for appreciation. 

Once we are debt free we want to hit the ground running to avoid, "paralysis by analysis" as @Nathan Gesner mentioned. 

I think that we are in a "What can you do that is really hard?"

we are experiencing something similar with a property in western nc. its a large investment home, in a good area. we offered it at 100 per sqft . we have not had the attention it should have . i assumed it was due to storms , elections, interest rates. i could be wrong we may pull it from the market and finish it.

We are in Iowa.  

The management company replaced some of them, however there are still several other fees related to the theft that we are trying to get reimbursed for (they told us we would not be charged, they charged us anyways).

For us STR hosts, I know we are very conscientious about guest experience and I want to be proactive about doing things to ensure my business operates successfully.Thanks!

Both of the members of the LLC we are hoping to do the cash out refinance for are also LLCs if that matters, so it would be distributed from one LLC to another LLC to hopefully the members pockets.Want to make sure that the money remains tax free the whole way and we don't have any surprises. 

But we are just the bridge money..
