Can you get to either market and back home easily?

Just so you’re aware, it can take up to 3-4 weeks to obtain your notice of decision after the ZBA hearing and the 30 day appeal period doesn’t begin until the notice of decision is issued so you can easily wait 60 days from the date of your hearing to receive a copy of your zoning permit. 

Plus, tenants get upset when you're forcing them to show the home, and can sabotage showings very easily, lying about problems, clutter and cleanliness issues, etc. 

It may be overwhelming to her to think about moving but you might be able to easily make some aspects of it easier depending on what feels heaviest to her. 

Those sellers that have some deep seated psychological hatred of the real estate brokerage industry will go to crazed extremes and cost themselves loads of money to avoid brokers.  

Those rosey pictures of people saying it will take 3 months and cost $50k that easily can turn into 6 months and $75k.

A window that does not remain in the open position when raised isn't a situation where it must be replaced... it can be fixed in most cases, quite easily. 

It wasn't to code, and couldn't be easily adapted, so we told them we couldn't use it, a total waste of their money. 

If you can get the list easily, so can everyone else.
