Would getting a drone be a smart investment for a side hustle to get into the real estate world?

Remember that masks only cover inhalation, not airborn that will land in shirt or skin, which in another time will become airborn again.

I read that the airborne fibers can stay around for years??  

It's only when the material is broken and then airborne (friable) does it become dangerous.

Perhaps you should review how the pictures look (did you get professional photographer, drone, video, matter port), have you staged the property?

We drive by them, maybe drone shoot them to see back, roof, neighbors, etc.
