The schools are going down hill fast too.That rental is on my short list to cull.

In fact, we would argue that things are on the way downhill here.  

I don't know if the areas that went downhill during the recession will really turn back around or will continue to decline.  

That said, it starts going down hill the further away from campus you go on Buchtel, as campus has been expanding towards downtown, not east on the other side of Rt 8. 

I know people say its block to block in many of these cities but I have seen perfectly good blocks go Pear shape.. what was a good block 3 years ago is now infested with bad actors and the block goes down hill and your rental goes with it. 

My goal is to get into another property and pull off a brrrr but I'm not sure about the financial stability of the country right now and don't want to overextend if things are going downhill for the next couple years. 

Hopefully it's all downhill from here.
