Is it better to go down this route vs looking at doing a BRRRR deal myself?

I was trying to use the basic version today and uploaded some records and it looks like I can do anything with it! 

It will familiarize you with the basic terminology and benefits.

Took an extra 6 weeks than planned,  but ultimately got it done. 

It's a combo of low housing supply, higher interest rates vs. seller expectation, and a poor economic outlook for the country.As an investor with a few rentals it's like like the parking brake is stuck on.

If STR is fun, then do it.

It will be very difficult to cash flow in Austin using traditional LTR methods unless you put down a huge down payment.

Are you agent yourself and what makes you say that you'll avoid buying a home under 1000 sqaure feet again? 

This will put me at cash flow neutral and I'll let appreciation and long term rent appreciation do it's work.
