The preliminary analysis can have lots of data, so it's important that the provider thoroughly review it with you to explain what depreciation tax deductions Cost Seg study provides and what depreciation benefit you would get w/o Cost Seg.

Can anyone give me a candid review to ensure that I wouldn't get burned from this VA company  me and my partner can testify, closing our 2nd for the month in 10days, $11k spread that we anticipate 

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

TBH this seems like a valuable product and the google reviews and FB page is telling of this however the price point is quite steep at almost 10k this product has to work!!!!
