With where you are at currently, I would recommend a regular tax prep agent from a company like H&R block.

We do have a property management company and even with our experience with LTR's, just no way we could effectively manage this home without local property management. 

Mine are long term rentals (in 2 states), 3 SFH and 1 mult-unit and they recommended a Wyoming Trust over a Holding Company over an LLC for each property.

I am a district manager with a company called Build 2 rent, and i live in Cape Coral.  

They are a corporate housing company.

When I tried to get it when my side of the family found out and tried tp take over reverse mortgage payments to bank because she had died it was to late so they sold the house to Hud and then other reverse mortgage companies but a relative still lives there so they can't kick them out.

Typically companies like this actually want stuff like this reported so they can see if its a bug or what is going on with their system.

Maybe consider getting a p.m. company that would do some boots on the ground and some research for you to find out what some of these issues could be because you are not close to the residence in the location, unless you can do some research yourself online, or consult with the historical Society of the area, look things up at the library, there are lots of different ways that you could start this process, but my point being that you may end up losing more money in the long run.
