I feel like I need to add dimensions and more specifications, but I'm not quite sure.

Does it take a lot of time and are you starting from scratch taking all the dimensions, or do you start with already made drawings?

With Commercial, the variables that come into play are vechicles per day, ease of ingress/egress, aesthetics, loading dock, signage, visibility, interior dimensions (square is better than long deep rectangles), neighboring tenants etc. 

Does not the county have plot dimensions and boundaries? 

I live in Denver and my property is a single family home, but the land is zoned to support a duplex.The house was separated into two units up/down when I bought it, with separate entrances, electricity and water.I'm looking to get the property zoned as a duplex and the city is asking for:- Need Site Plan that contains Reference Lots and Front Setback Dimensions- Spot grade elevation points at primary front setback and rear cornersAre these site plans something an architect needs to do?

The dimensions of the house with the garage are 64' x 84'.   

Maybe not exact dimensions but you will be able to visualize everything a lot better.

yeah that would be a great addition to the game. to have that option to leverage the mortgages add another element and dimension to helping the players develop investment strategies.

If you haven't done so already, you may want to obtain professional photos and a virtual tour of the property before any tenants move in, along with a floor plan drawing that shows the interior walls and room dimensions.
