Recently I’ve devoted most days listening to audible books and many hours of bigger pockets podcasts.

At some point, we have to decide on a balance between our devotion to increasing our income and net worth versus pleasure and comfort in our lives.

As far as damage, more dogs means the owner has less time to devote per dog.

Other people have to be paid, everyone doesn't work out of devotion and compassion!  

Most of our clients are in high cost markets that don't cash flow and they are too busy with work, family and other interests to devote a ton of time to it.

You will devote every free minute to learning, to developing relational capital and to removing the barriers that are often put in place by long-time friends, co-workers and even family.

When I started looking into this I thought it would be straight forward, but its not...Thought experiment: I am in Ca and I have an LLC devoted exclusively towards my real estate investing.  

It's ging to be hard to devote that much time to an apprenticeship but it can be done.

Successful investing has much more to do with psychology and personality than people realize...Bill, I would say about half of my time is devoted to the existing portfolio and about half of the time is for growth, flips, etc.

Regardless of how devoted to the asset class a lot of people make themselves out to be, if there is a sizable sustained correction, you can count on enthusiasm disappearing, so yes, there will be deals.
