Evan is right, I have been deep diving and analysing the STR market for a while now and you quickly come to realize that a decent home and location for LTR doesn't at all equate to a successful or profitable STR.

Further, my understanding is that it is possible to create a multi member LLC with yourself and a corporation as members, where you're the corporate official(s) - but we're getting fairly deep into the weeds here.Note that I'm just a lowly landlord who has attended seminars and implemented some of what was taught.

But all of this was when LPs were not diving deep because distributions kept coming monthly, an email was sent on a given day each month, and the only accountability needed was hitting projected returns, which was pretty easy in a bull market.Now, with more scrutiny from LPs and distributions not coming, those surface level emails are proving to not be showing much.
