Bob is very good on the customer support and that being said... they are the only company other than myself that I have invested with  basically EVER... as I do my own deals.But I had money stacking up in my SDRA and of course I can't self deal.. so I chose one of his new investments which is more akin to what I like.. quicker turn and high IRR...

I am just starting out and have 1 STR.Would love hear the pros/cons that you took into consideration when deciding how you want to manage your STR.Self managing STR properties, from afar, while maintaining other employment, is only a possibility because of the new technology made available in the last 10 - 15 years.

@Sam Ojo Sounds like you've made a lot of positive moves that have resulted in you having options at this point. 

high prices have made properties expensive and high rates have made money expensive. 

We have some family connections in Kansas City, Indianapolis, and Provo/SLC Utah which has made me look there a bit.

Do you think every investor made a 100%+ return on every dollar spent?

Recently, management changed it so both loans can be made with one payment versus two separate transactions.
