Hi Timothy, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties.

Everyone knows dentistry can be very lucrative, but especially so when both time and energy are focused on making yourself (the provider) better in your clinical skills and also business skills, in order to generate more revenue while cutting overhead.I bought an existing dental practice in a busy shopping plaza, and the national shopping chain is my landlord so I had no option to purchase.

However, most of our income comes from managing other doctors working for us rather than us personally working clinically in our offices (AKA much of this income is passive profit distributions at this point).We pay an insane amount of taxes and are trying to figure out creative strategies to lessen our tax burden.

I haven't heard about a new hospital being built here, other than the VA clinic in Marina.  

I think the renter has gone to one of these free legal clinics and told them he has a bad landlord who doesn't want to honor the lease.

I am phasing out of clinical dentistry and start focusing more with real estate investing.
