I recently had a house close on with a completely remodeled house built in the 60s i believe and the VA appraiser failed it 3 times due to paint chips on the ground outside the house that no one could seem to find.

I have had several 90 year old tubs reglazed.....looks great at first but is not very durable, even the guys who are the pros can only do so good, DO NOT use the hardware store over the counter refinish kits, they are garbage...the pro job will last 5+ years but they will eventually chip or peel(some sooner than others) and/or if your tenant uses the wrong cleaners(abrasives like AJAX) it will speed up that failure.

Amen, brother.It's the mentality and lack of fiscal and moral discipline of the broke people that help keeps them so broke.It drives me nuts when I see someone using EBT cards to buy each of their 4 kids a $1.39 bottle of bug juice or other sugary drink and individual sized bag of chips.
