You need to feel the pain of this and get out from under it. 

As someone currently working through growing pains in their business, it is appreciated. 

We did get negotiate money from them to help with roof repair, but now know they were not honest on their disclosure.Our inspector missed  code violations, HVAC issues, pipes that had been worked on and issues hidden that had occurred while sellers lived in the house, signs of drainage and water damage inside the house that had been painted over, completely blocked dryer vent...and we are finding more daily.We have had the house looked at by a structural engineer and HVAC techs  that has told us we need thousands (likely tens of thousands) of dollars worth of repairs to make this property able to rent and come up to code for rental.

It’s always the, you don’t understand btc/block chain OR using PAST DATA to be like look, super shiny and you missed out.

They're all nice people at the company, I just think they're going through major growing pains and unfortunately old owners are feeling the brunt of it. 

Without opening up a whole other can of worms, it's true that some sponsors charge exorbitant fees and don't bring anything close to that value to the table, but that's another discussion.None of this is to say that sponsors couldn't or shouldn't feel some pain when things go astray. 

It is right on the muni bus line, and there is no need for a car when you can easily walk a block or two to so many amenities.For some people, co-housing is a lifestyle choice.

It is a bit of a pain to go through the approval process to become an allowed advertisor, so it may not be worth it for a single unit owner.  

However other agents that simply were doing resi got stuck many times with this trick of the Eastern block investors.

The land is blocks away from Rockhurst University, UMKC, and the Plaza.
