My bank told me that their tellers have a piece of paper ready when someone comes in and wants a large amount of cash while on the phone with someone.

If you could provide 1 piece of advise to a newcomer, what advise would you offer? 

He’s nurtured and created a group that calls and closes deals, just does the paperwork for deals, is only looking for Fix/Flip deals, leverages those that are just great at connecting these pieces together.

You don't look through your mail hoping someone sent you a DMM piece on how to solve your problem.

Take a project--maybe one you don't even own yet--get pricing on a piece of paper/or text. 

If this was a million dollar piece of land, thats an issue. 

My biggest piece of advice for you is to get started.
