First, almost all properties are either placed with a broker for sale or directly listed on the major property sale websites.

They do everything for you (payments, taxes, insurance coverage) - the website and app are easy and functional and you can vet your guests!

I think you're best bet for private money is going to be to network at the meetups (Red Stick REI, RING) and on FB/here.

@Liam Alvarez  I've never seen an app or a website that analyzes all markets and spits out the top 3 you should invest in for the highest returns.
