I have noticed that in the Columbus area specifically that it is best to look for C+ or B neighborhoods for the apartments.

There are 3 duplexes on Bowman Ln:https://www.zillow.com/homedet...https://www.zillow.com/homedet...https://www.zillow.com/homedet...Back on the market since July which sounds intriguing. 740k in total, two cheaper have rents $775.I wonder if anyone came across them and check that is it about, why it sits on the market so long and what are the rents on other 4.Also, I am OOS so not much clue what the neighborhood is, schools are 4-5 so is it C or D?

You COC will be cut in half with a minor 10% change... bet on that 10% change lol.Rentals and all investing like this is best done with a 5 year window and then working backwards, much less would need to happen for this to be a "good deal" in five years so on rentals I go with that and the 10k will be nothing.
