He should have leases, bills, and costs to prove expenses once you do your numbers then your know your cash flow as far as equity in my opinion it's great if I ever make any honestly I don't care because it cash flows like a slot machine.

Have folks commit to 15/30 minute rolling slots so people feel like they have an appointment vs just it being a true open house.  

The right edge of that sink cabinet would be only an inch or so from the left edge of the tub, don't like that narrow slot there, and a pedestal sink is a "better fit" there.
