If you are getting a ton of offers why would you go FHA unless it is astronomically higher than the other offers? 

I’ve got a 4 bedroom in a seasonal beach market, and if someone had to be relocated at the last minute, the cost could be astronomical. 

I’d assume the inflation on those homes is astronomical (as in many other parts of the US-lol)?!
