I'm speaking with MJ Howard company now and they're actually attending walk throughs of the properties with me before I put in offers so they seem to be worth their potential fees (noted above).

@Mike Howard Absolutely check with your attorney first, but I would see about doing a down payment or option to buy just do not under any circumstance call that money a security or rent deposit as it will fall under the security deposit guidelines.

@Canneton Howard - Tenants know market rents and would rather not move to achieve the inevitable.

Lana Boychuk Hey Lana, I noticed your from Staten Island and my business partner and I live in Howard Beach, although Im originally from Bronx my partner Bk and lived in SI as well.

Most the reputable property manager companies id recommend (although they've never managed my property I've dealt with and know many people who have used them) would prob be Howard Smith or Paul French.

@Howard Greisman informed me that he wasn't please with the cleaner.

Robert Howard - I have stayed away from these properties as it is an additional cost with an unknown (rates can rise rapidly).

Howard County Real Estate is certainly not cheap...

A motivated seller will sell if a particular need arises that may motivate them as @Howard Abell has so aptly stated.
