We've only gone there in the winter, but I know folks who love it in the summer.Steamboat does have an airport and there's one in Eagle that serves Vail and Beaver Creek. 

  :)  That said, we do work hard to find properties adjacent to the hot areas, as we'll occasionally get some bleed over. 

In an ideal world all the SFH 's would sell in 1 week , and when you arrive in Texas , there would be someone at the airport waving a sign " Apt for sale 20 units "      For all that to fall together will be real difficult 

I realize that the site says "In the future, we will expand in adjacent markets like multifamily acquisition and renovation, and non-bank new construction, which will greatly expand the market size addressed by Groundfloor."

The other main road is adjacent and has other homes on that side so not truly on two main roads but close enough. 

We have a variety of jobs we work that are either remote or require us to travel to them so we are open to any market that is within two hour drive of a major airport (so 75% of the country), but where!?!

@Henri Meli The mentor I have now has been great at checking in w/ me and giving me solid advice (actually met him randomly at the airport and one conversation turned into him becoming my mentor).

I have 3 adjacent properties in the Los Angeles that are going to be in an Opportunity Zone.One thing I cant find is how to go about finding funding from Opportunity Funds if I want to re-develop the land.

vacaville will get you a nice return on investment as will sacramento (natomas) by the airport.
