It will save you money and aggravation in the long run.  

And the added aggravation of dealing with other HOA compliance pieces associated with age restriction doesn't seem to be worth it, in my opinion.  

The tenant will get the message and you will not be aggravating yourself with it.

keep advertising,, you'll find someone without a dog and with much less aggravation.. people say oh yes we'll stay for years all they want is someone to let them move in with their banned dog.. 

I want the tenant confronted with all of the steps and aggravating facts that will be detailed to the court.

I'm doing this mostly remotely, often getting agent feedback through my brother, who is actually IN Los Angeles (I work in China).I thought probate sales would be a good thing, but each time is come up, I get what feels like sighs and oh boy's, like it's this big aggravation.  

The location just screams like the type of place that would be aggravation to get rent from ppl.

This is an issue that is very aggravating because so many people bend or break the rules. 

There are costs to selling it yourself  holding costs, aggravation, marketing your time and most of all peace of mind.

We just did a walkthrough and the house is filthy which is aggravating but it gets worse... they painted one room without ever telling us and they used the full gallon we left to repaint the room back poorly.
