"hey maybe we can talk to the tenants and tell them we'll drop eviction if they leave by the end of the month"...... save the head ache and time....Client thinks courts is the best way to go as if money will be guaranteed to him.....Can you help me think of other arguments against GOING TO COURT?!?!?!

On our rentals, even if a company owns more than one rental unit, we still keep separate bank accounts per home because we like to have the tenants ach us every month furthermore, we can make very easy reports on the expenses of the home for audit reasons.
